Clothes Shop Owner
A local business owner who ran into a memorable conflict with Tenmanya over his ramen stand. The guy had set up shop on the roof of the owner's clothes store without permission, which obviously caused some tension between them. It's one of those neighborhood disputes that probably got resolved one way or another, but it's the kind of thing that sticks with you when someone's just decided to run a food business above your retail space.
