Inuppe is a penguin with a dog's face stitched onto its body, animated by Sanji's shadow. Personality-wise, it's basically Sanji in penguin form—same mannerisms, same fighting style, even the signature closed left eye. The main problem? Sanji's wanted poster looks nothing like him, so Moria and crew completely underestimated the shadow they'd stolen. They figured Sanji either had no bounty or wasn't worth much, which meant Inuppe never got the premium zombie treatment the Zombie Generals received. Still, other zombies grudgingly admitted his combat skills were on their level.
Inuppe's one redeeming quality was his absolute refusal to let women get hurt. When he spotted Nami in trouble, he deliberately blocked the other zombie animals from reaching her—even knowing it meant disobeying Moria. His protective rampage was so intense that the other zombies started ranking him alongside the Zombie Generals. That courage didn't last long though; Absalom took him down pretty easily.
After that, Inuppe became increasingly obedient and was able to pin down both Robin and Chopper (with backup from Jigorou, who had Zoro's shadow). The weird part? Despite having no ego left, he still couldn't stop bickering with Jigorou. They fought over orders until Hogback accidentally told both of them to jump off a building—and they both obeyed without question.
Eventually, Moria absorbed Sanji's shadow back out of Inuppe along with all the other shadows he'd scattered among his zombie army.
