Catarina Devon is best known as a member of Blackbeard's crew and holds the notorious distinction of being the most dangerous female pirate ever locked up in Impel Down. She spent time in Level 6, that infamous underground prison where the government stashes legendary criminals whose existence they've tried to erase from history. Ivankov was actually the first to mention her, back when the story didn't focus on her much yet.
