She's a Kaiser Arts user who goes by the name of the previous Sankt Kaiser. Best known for picking street fights to prove that Hegemon's strength surpasses all other Belkan warriors, she shares an unusual trait with Vivio: the ability to switch between child and adult forms, though using the latter takes a real toll on her mentally. She also has heterochromia.
Her real identity eventually gets exposed by Nove and the Nakajimas, who take it upon themselves to help her understand others better and build a relationship with Vivio.
