A low-ranking member of Nemoto Tetsuo's crew who gets caught up in the Tanaka Aliens mission as one of the hunters. He rolls with a Zoku biker gang, but doesn't make it very far—he and his crew get ambushed by a rival gang before the mission even gets underway, and he's killed in the fight.
