Cyborg 0011
Cyborg 0011 shows up as one of the early threats the 00 Cyborgs encounter in the manga. He's basically the second assassin Black Ghost sends their way—the crew had already tangled with Cyborg 0010 and the Plus and Minus pair before facing him. Not exactly a major player in the overall story, but memorable enough as a recurring obstacle during the team's earlier battles.
