Ninomiya Daiki is the ace and current student of the Todo School, and he's genuinely one of the series' better drivers. He pilots a yellow Civic Type R (EK9) and is known especially for his braking technique—he has this almost supernatural ability to hit the perfect brake release point mid-corner, consistently. He faced off against Takumi and Project D in a downhill race that showcased what he does best.
Daiki ranks among the Todo School's three greatest downhill drivers of all time, which says a lot about his skill on mountain courses.
