Ebisugawa Kaisei is the daughter of Ebisugawa Souun. Best known for her role as Yasaburou's fiancée—at least until Shimogamo Souichirou's death upended everything—she's pretty memorable for the mystery she maintains around herself. She straight-up refused to let Yasaburou see her in either her human or tanuki form, which says something about how guarded she is.
She has serious beef with Benten, particularly over her involvement in Souichirou's death. Fans often note the jealousy she displays toward Benten's closeness with Yasaburou, which adds another layer to her animosity.
