Tatsumaki is the S-Class Rank 2 hero and older sister to Fubuki. She's best known as the most powerful esper alive, wielding psychokinetic abilities that put her firmly in the upper echelon of heroes.
Visually, she's often mistaken for someone much younger—a petite woman with a youthful face, wide emerald eyes, and curled green hair. She typically wears a fitted black dress with long sleeves and high-cut leg slits, paired with low black heels.
Her power is genuinely staggering. Even after watching Saitama go all-out against her, Fubuki remains convinced her older sister is in a different league entirely. Fubuki's described Tatsumaki as something of a monster—comparable to Amai Mask in terms of raw strength and the kind of hero who could easily climb higher in the rankings if she wanted to, but chooses not to push for advancement. In her view, it would just let weaker heroes slip into S-Class along the way.
