Umiko runs programming at Eagle Jump with an iron fist. She's known for being strict with the team—scolding employees who step out of line and keeping everyone on their toes about deadlines and code quality. It's basically her job to make sure nobody's slacking off, and she takes it seriously.
She's weirdly self-conscious about her last name and will correct you if you use it; she prefers going by Umiko, period. Growing up in Okinawa Prefecture is where she got her tan, which she's never really hidden.
