Yuuji Shikada
The current owner of Shikada, a traditional candy shop, Yuuji is Kokonotsu's father and deeply invested in keeping the family business alive. He's pretty desperate about it, honestly—he wants his son to take over as the ninth-generation head more than anything. When Hotaru shows up with a deal, Yuuji jumps at it: if she can convince Kokonotsu to accept his role at the shop, Yuuji will join her company. It's a gamble, but it shows just how serious he is about preserving his legacy.
