Student Council President
He runs the student council with an iron fist, though nobody really sees it that way at first. On the surface, he comes across as kind of a sleaze—detached, perverted, the type of guy you'd avoid in the hallway. Don't let that fool you. He's actually ruthless and methodical, pulling strings behind the scenes to get what he wants.
His main weapon is manipulation. He's constantly blackmailing clubs (especially the Supernatural Studies Club) to keep them in line and bend them to his will. The rest of the student council is in on his secrets—they all know witches are real and that he's been orchestrating things from the top.
One of his bigger schemes involved stringing along Yamazaki with tidbits of witch intel, using him as basically a pawn to uncover the identities of the seven witches. Pretty calculated stuff. He even knows who the seventh witch actually is, and he's apparently saving that knowledge as some kind of final hurdle for whoever he's grooming to take over as president.
