Captain T-Bone
T-Bone serves as a Marine officer attached to CP9, the government's covert intelligence agency. He's best known for his distinctive skull-like face, which contrasts sharply with his actual personality—he's genuinely honorable and considerate, and he genuinely despises unnecessary violence, which is kind of rare for a military guy.
His real weakness isn't anything sinister. He takes everything way too seriously and has a habit of fussing over his soldiers' minor issues in this over-the-top, dramatic way that honestly makes them more uncomfortable than anything else. That said, he does legitimately care about the people under his command, which counts for something.
