Mr. 7 is a Baroque Works agent and sniper, best known for being part of a dynamic duo with Miss Father's Day. The two make up the organization's sniper pair.
His whole aesthetic revolves around the number seven—it's literally all over him. His eyebrows, shoes, and gun are decorated with sevens, and even his body language mirrors the shape: the way he gestures, how he holds himself, even the way his mouth moves. It's weirdly consistent.
His weapon, the Yellow Gun (Kiiroi Juu), fires dice-shaped bullets marked with seven dots. The real trick of their partnership is timing—he and Miss Father's Day coordinate their shots so the bullets line up and detonate on impact, creating a bigger explosion than either could manage alone.
Crocodile assigned them to guard a cannon at the top of the clock tower in Alubarna, the capital of Arabasta. Their job was straightforward: keep watch until it fired and wiped out the people fighting below. Neither he nor his partner seemed aware they'd be caught in the blast too. He spent most of his time on the job yawning or muttering to Miss Father's Day.
Despite their role in Baroque Works, Mr. 7 and his partner ended up losing to Princess Vivi—which is kind of funny considering they outranked her in the organization. (Vivi was number 9 to their 7.)
