Harunobu Hisagi

Appearance: Dark brown hair (no distinct part), soft complexion, brown eyes. Wears standard Shinigami gear with a rope strap securing his relief pack across his back.
Harunobu doesn't get much screen time in either the anime or manga, but what we see suggests he takes his job seriously—he's frequently shown shepherding his First Relief team around the Seiretei. He's got an odd dynamic with Yasochika Iemura; the two needle each other constantly, and their bickering once escalated to the point where Iemura actually drew his Zanpakuto on him.
Apparently he's a hit with the female members of Soul Society. A significant chunk of the Fourth Division's incoming mail is addressed to him from women around town, which speaks volumes. He's also part of the Shinigami Men's Association, so he clearly has a social life outside of work.
