A middle schooler stuck in class 1-2, sitting in the back next to Takagi-san. He's got your typical middle school problemsโcan't handle anything bitter (black coffee is basically poison to him), does fine academically but nothing special, and gets spooked way too easily.
The thing is, he's secretly into the romance manga 100% ๐๐ฏ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ช๐ต๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐๐ฐ๐ท๐ฆ, which he'd probably die if anyone found out about. He's also pretty naive and gets embarrassed constantly, which makes him easy prey for Takagi-san's relentless teasing.
But here's what's kind of endearing about himโdespite getting destroyed over and over, he refuses to quit. His whole goal is to finally outsmart Takagi-san and turn the tables on her. He comes up with all these elaborate plans and schemes, trains constantly, tries everything. and she always, always sees it coming. She's always one step ahead, no matter what he throws at her. At this point it's basically a running joke, but he hasn't given up yet.
