Synopsis

Nishikata, a mischievous middle schooler, sits next to Takagi in class and thinks he's finally come up with the perfect way to get her back for all her relentless teasing. But just as he's about to execute his plan, Takagi shuts him down with a single comment, turning the tables on him once again. The two have an unwritten rule between them: if you blush, you lose. Ever since they met in middle school, Nishikata has been trying—and failing—to make Takagi embarrassed, only to end up being mocked for his efforts instead. It's become a never-ending cycle of the two trying to one-up each other. But can their relationship actually develop into something more, or are they stuck in this loop forever?
