Carne is a minor antagonist in Part V: Vento Aureo. Not much is known about his personality since he doesn't really exist long enough to show one, but he was clearly loyal to Diavolo. The way he walked straight at Buccellati's gang without any obvious weapons suggests he was sent in as a suicide bomber—basically a disposable foot soldier meant to take out the group at any cost.
