Kouhei is a serious, studious kid who worked his way into Class 1-A through sheer effort and discipline. He's become one of its representatives—the type who actually cares about maintaining order and treating people with respect. When other students were giving Sudo Ken a hard time, Kouhei stepped in and shut it down fast. He didn't make a big deal out of it, just calmly told Ken not to let them get under his skin, but his presence alone was enough to kill the whole thing. That kind of thing happens a lot with him—he doesn't seem bothered by interacting with lower-class students, or at least not annoyed enough to ignore their nonsense.
He's bald as a result of an illness he had as a kid. He and his sister are orphans, and they've been looking out for each other since then.
