Horimiya
Kyouko Hori's got it all at school—she's popular, smart, and genuinely nice to everyone. But that's only half the story. Her parents work constantly, so she's stuck at home taking care of her little brother and handling all the housework. Between that and school, she barely has time to actually hang out with people. Izumi Miyamura's the opposite of popular. He's got long hair, glasses, and comes across as a gloomy otaku type. Except he's actually pretty chill and kind, just terrible at academics. Oh, and he's got nine piercings hidden under that hair of his, plus a tattoo running down his back and shoulder. They run into each other completely by accident outside of school, and both are shocked to see each other looking nothing like expected. From that point on, they become friends—finally getting to show each other the side of themselves they've never revealed to anyone else.
