Synopsis

Yukiya Asagi and Miku Sakura have been playing the same game since sixth grade: take turns saying "I love you" and try to embarrass each other. Simple enough. Four years later, they're still at it as they enter high school, locked in an endless competition to see who can say it first without cracking. Except things have gotten complicated. As time goes on, the words stop feeling like a game. Real feelings are starting to show up, and neither of them knows what to do about it. They both want to be more than just childhood friends—but admitting that means the game ends, and neither one's willing to make that leap. So they keep playing, caught in this weird limbo where they're too scared to stop.
