When a merman named Wakasa randomly shows up and claims Tatsumi's bathtub as his new home, the quiet teenage boy has no choice but to deal with it. Wakasa's pretty much the opposite of Tatsumi—vain, impulsive, and constantly causing chaos in their cramped Tokyo apartment. The two have to figure out how to live together despite being completely incompatible. And it only gets messier when Wakasa's sea creature friends start dropping by: an octopus, a jellyfish, and a hermit crab, all of them just as weird and unpredictable as he is. So yeah, that bathtub gets real crowded real fast.
