Synopsis

Sagiri Izumi has shut herself away from the world ever since her parents died, refusing to interact with anyone—even her stepbrother Masamune. He keeps trying to get her out of her room, but nothing seems to work. By day, Masamune's a high school student. By night, he's a light novel author. For the past three years, he's been collaborating with an illustrator who goes by "Eromanga-sensei," but they've never actually met. Then, through a series of awkward mishaps, he discovers the truth: Eromanga-sensei is Sagiri. The story follows the two step-siblings as they navigate the ups and downs of the light novel world together, and watches as Sagiri slowly starts opening up to the people around her again.
