Volleyball is simple: two teams, one net, and the goal to keep the ball in play. But for Shouyou Hinata, it's about so much more. Inspired by a player known as the "Little Giant"—a surprisingly short volleyball ace who dominated despite his height—Hinata dreams of becoming unstoppable himself. He finally scrapes together a team in his last year of junior high to compete, only to get crushed in the first round by Kitagawa Daiichi. The team's setter, Tobio Kageyama, is a prodigy they call the "King of the Court," and he utterly shuts down Hinata's squad. Determined to get revenge, Hinata enrolls at Karasuno High School. But the second he walks into the gym, his plans fall apart—Kageyama is already there, waiting as his new teammate. Now Hinata has to figure out how to work with the guy who demolished him, set aside their rivalry, and push past his own limitations. Because if they can actually pull it together, they might have a shot at the top of the high school volleyball scene. Bonus: Volume 14 includes the one-shot "Nisekyuu!!"
