Iori Kitahara's finally starting college at Izu University, and he's got big plans. He moves into his uncle's scuba diving shop, Grand Blue, ready for the classic college dream—cute girls, solid friends, the whole thing. Except it goes sideways immediately. On his first day, a bunch of rowdy upperclassmen—who happen to be completely naked—drag him into their drinking session. Iori tries to resist, but he caves pretty fast and becomes the life of the party. Bad timing though: his cousin Chisa walks in right in the middle of it and is not happy about what she's seeing. Still determined to make his college life work out, Iori keeps pushing forward. Whether he'll actually pull it off is another story.
