Synopsis

Ai Shizukuishi can only really express herself through dance. At school she's quiet and withdrawn, but online she's a different person—crossdressing as a popular dancer also named "Ai" and working to surpass her idol, the free-spirited Hayate. When her videos blow up, Hayate notices her work and recruits her to form a male idol duo called "Buddyz." The catch? He has no idea she's actually a girl, and if he finds out, the whole group dissolves. Making things worse, he's fallen for her real female self. Caught between maintaining her cover and actually breaking out of her shell, Ai has to keep up with Hayate while the two of them compete to become the top idol unit around.
