Synopsis

Yurie Hitotsubashi was your typical middle schooler in Onomichi, a small coastal town. She had the usual concerns—exams, grades, and an unrequited crush on Kenji, who barely knew she existed. Then one day at lunch she casually drops the bomb on her friend Mitsue: she'd become a goddess overnight. Yurie's classmate Matsuri sees dollar signs. Her family runs a struggling Shinto shrine, and Matsuri figures that swapping out their useless local deity Yashima-sama for an actual living goddess is exactly what they need to draw in visitors. Problem is, Yurie has no idea what she's actually supposed to do with these powers now that she has them.
