Synopsis

This world has experienced many cycles of dusk and is slowly dying. In the western part of the "Land of Dusk," there's a nation that built its prosperity on alchemy. Facing the inevitable "Dusk End," the people have been working to recover and recreate ancient alchemic knowledge. The research city of "Central" serves as a hub where rediscovered technologies are studied in hopes of stopping the encroaching twilight. The story follows two main characters. Escha is a girl from a frontier town who uses her knowledge of old alchemy to help others, earning her a spot in the Development Department. Logy trained in Central's newest alchemic techniques and transferred to the understaffed frontier town to put his skills to use. When he's assigned to the same Development Department, the two meet and promise to work their alchemy together to make the department successful.
