When Rin Okumura clashes with his foster father Shirou Fujimoto, his whole world gets turned upside down—he learns he's actually the son of Satan himself, ruler of the demon realm Gehenna. Things get worse fast. Satan possesses Fujimoto and kills him, leaving Rin and his twin brother Yukio orphaned and desperate for revenge. To get that revenge and become strong enough to fight back, Rin decides to attend True Cross Academy as an exorcist alongside Yukio and join the Knights of the True Cross. But his plan comes with serious complications. He has to hide his demonic powers and his true identity while dealing with normal school stuff like difficult classes and suspicious classmates. On top of that, there are plenty of people—both human and otherwise—who'd love to exploit him for their own purposes. One wrong move could blow everything up, especially since not everyone at the academy is trustworthy.
