Synopsis

A mysterious light suddenly turns all of humanity to stone. Thousands of years pass, and nature reclaims the planet—forests grow where cities once stood. When Taiju Ooki wakes up from his stone prison, he's relieved to find that his friend Senkuu, a genius scientist, has been conscious the whole time and ready for this moment. While Taiju's main concern is rescuing the girl he loves, Senkuu is obsessed with uncovering what caused the petrification and rebuilding civilization. Things get complicated when they decide to free Tsukasa Shishiou, an incredibly powerful fighter who could help them survive in this new world. But Tsukasa has his own agenda. He sees the stone world as a perfect opportunity to start fresh—a chance to rebuild humanity without the technology and corruption that plagued the old world. Now Senkuu and Tsukasa are at odds, and their conflict becomes inevitable: a scientist driven by progress versus a fighter who wants to return to nature. It's a clash of ideologies that will define the fate of this new world.
