Beryl Gardinant is an aging sword instructor running a quiet dojo in some backwater village. He's made peace with the fact that his dreams of becoming a legendary swordsman are long dead. Then out of nowhere, a former student shows up with life-changing news: Beryl's been asked to be a special instructor for the Liberion Order's knights.
