Synopsis

Satomi Koutarou's about to start high school, and he's scored an incredibly cheap apartment for just 5000 yen a month—which seems too good to be true because it is. Turns out the place is haunted by a cute ghost girl who's made it her mission to drive out tenants. But that's only the beginning of his problems. Soon enough, magical girls and all sorts of other unusual women show up, and his tiny apartment turns into absolute chaos as they all clash over. well, him, basically.
