Their Inspectors carry Dominators, guns that scan a person's Psycho-Pass and can be lethal to those deemed dangerous. Inspector Shinya Kougami and his team in Division 03 are assigned to investigate "The Branding Case," a strange incident that quickly becomes far more twisted than anyone expected.
