Synopsis

Denji's got pretty modest goals—find a girl, live a normal life, maybe be happy for once. Except that's not happening. Instead, he's stuck working for the yakuza, hunting devils to chip away at debts he'll probably never pay off. His only real asset is Pochita, a pet devil he uses as a weapon whenever he needs quick cash. Then everything goes sideways. The yakuza double-crosses him, a devil kills him, and that should've been the end. But Pochita's got other plans—the devil merges with Denji's corpse and transforms him into a chainsaw devil hybrid. Now he can turn his body parts into literal chainsaws, which means he can tear through enemies faster than anyone expected. This catches the attention of some official devil hunters who show up at the scene. They see potential and offer him a spot at the Public Safety Bureau. Suddenly Denji's got real power, real employment, and an actual shot at those simple dreams he's been chasing. Time to see how far he can push it.
