Yukiko Horiguchi is a Japanese animator and illustrator best known for her work at Kyoto Animation. She's the character designer behind some genuinely beloved shows—Lucky Star and K-On! are probably her most recognizable, though she also did the character design for the original anime Tamako Market. When she illustrates light novels, she goes by the pen name "Shiromizakana," and fans might recognize her work on Kokoro Connect.
She's the older sister of illustrator BUNBUNi.
