This manga artist spent years publishing through Tousuisha before switching over to Kadakawa magazines more recently. She's also featured in Emerald, the shoujo/BL collaborative magazine that grew out of Sekaiichi Hatsukoi and pairs her work alongside Nakamura Shungiku (who's known for Junjou Romantica and Hybrid Child).

Around 2010, she took a hiatus to revamp her older manga—keeping the original stories intact but redrawing the artwork from scratch. It's pretty common to see her work published across Kadokawa Shoten's lineup as well.

She's been upfront on her website about being into incest themes, which shows up in her manga. Worth noting: there's another Abe Miyuki out there who works as an animator, so don't mix them up.
