Hidari is a Japanese illustrator born in Yokohama who's best known for his video game artwork. Beyond games, he's illustrated plenty of light novels and other media throughout his career. His pseudonym and artist circle name "Left Side" is a straightforward reference to the fact that he's left-handed.
He placed third in the 2010 "Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi!" illustrator rankings, which was a notable achievement in the light novel community at the time.
