Barbara Radecki is a Canadian actress who is most popular for her role as the voice of Sailor Neptune in the English version of Sailor Moon S; she had appeared in several earlier episodes as Serena's mother as well. She currently lives in the Toronto area with her husband, Philippe Ayoub.
