Okaseko Nobuhiro is an animator, character designer, and director who's had his hands in pretty much every major phase of anime's early development. He started at Toei Douga back in 1958, then bounced around some of the industry's most important studios—Mushi Production, Nippon Housou Douga, and Tsuchida Production—picking up experience along the way. In 1987, he founded Studio Victory and took on the role of representative.
