Shiho Niiyama was a Japanese voice actress from Aoni Production, best known for playing Kou Seiya (Sailor Star Fighter) in Sailor Stars and Deedlit in Record of Lodoss War. She was part of the seiyuu group Virgo, which provided voices for the anime and game Ojousama Sousamou.
Niiyama was diagnosed with leukemia in 1998. She died on February 7, 2000, at age 29, from internal bleeding that followed pneumonia. Her final role was voicing Deedlit. After her death, her other ongoing roles were taken over by Tarako, Satsuki Yukino, Makiko Oumoto, and Junko Noda.
