Lu Han is a Chinese singer, actor, and dancer who first gained massive popularity as a member of the Korean-Chinese boy group Exo and its Chinese sub-unit Exo-M. He left the group in October 2014, a move that marked a significant turning point in his career.

His star power in China became undeniable quickly. In 2014, China National Radio ranked him the sixth most popular entertainment figure in the country, and by 2017 Forbes China had him pegged as the second highest-paid celebrity in their Celebrity 100 list—only behind Fan Bingbing.

After going solo, Lu Han dropped his debut album Reloaded in 2015 and immediately pivoted to film and television. He landed roles in several commercially successful movies including 20 Once Again (2015), The Witness (2015), and Time Raiders (2016). His television debut came in 2017 with the series Fighter of the Destiny.
