Tomita Sukehiro is a scenario writer who's spent decades crafting stories for anime, manga, and light novels. He got his start in 1978 writing for the sci-fi series Starzinger and spent much of his career at Toei Douga.
Fans best know him for creating Wedding Peach from scratch, plus his major contributions to Sailor Moon and the Macross franchise. His work tends to revolve around themes of love and friendship, and he's got a thing for protagonists with fiery, passionate personalities. It's a style that defined a lot of '80s and '90s anime.
