Tomoko Higashimura
Tomoko Higashimura is a manga artist best known for creating Princess Jellyfish (Kuragehime), a quirky romantic comedy that became a cult favorite. He's also worked on various other series throughout his career.
What's interesting is that his older sister, Akiko Higashimura, is also a mangaka.
