Synopsis

After an amazing summer, Aoi Yukimura's hooked on mountaineering. She conquered her fear of heights and made good on a promise to her childhood friend Hinata Kuraue—so now she's eager to climb whenever she can, including tackling Mt. Fuji again. Their next attempt is planned for the following summer, but Aoi's already training hard to make sure she actually reaches the top this time. As the seasons change and her passion for climbing grows, though, things get complicated between her and Hinata. Their different visions for the future start putting real strain on a friendship that's been solid since childhood.
