Synopsis

Hiraku Machio spent his final years bedridden with a terminal illness until he finally died. Sympathetic to how badly he got the short end of the stick, a god decides to give him a second chance by reincarnating him in another world where he can do whatever he wants. Hiraku chooses farming, and the god hooks him up with a magical "Almighty Farming Tool" that can shape-shift into whatever farming implement he needs. He's then dropped into a remote forest with basically nothing, and decides to start completely from scratch—turning the empty land into a functioning settlement as he goes.
