Mirror Ball Island is hosting the East Blue's biggest dance festival. The outlaw hypnotist Jango is there living it up when a Marine captain tracks him down and corners him. He manages to slip away by hypnotizing the whole island into dancing themselves to exhaustion. Problem is, Luffy and the Straw Hat pirates happen to be on the island at the time and get caught up in the hypnosis too, forced to dance all night long.
