Synopsis

Sakura Kinomoto is a regular fourth-grader living in Tomoeda when she discovers a mysterious book of cards called "The Clow" in her father's library. Curious about it, she accidentally triggers a magical gust that scatters the cards all across town. The chaos awakens Keroberos—a guardian beast everyone calls Kero—who breaks the news: Sakura has released the Clow Cards, powerful magical artifacts created by the sorcerer Clow Reed and sealed away for good reason. These cards can act on their own and are dangerous as hell. Now they're loose, and stopping them is Sakura's problem. Kero appoints her as the "Cardcaptor" and gives her the Sealed Key, a magical artifact that lets her capture the cards. With her best friend Tomoyo by her side and Kero coaching her along the way, Sakura has to hunt down every single card while juggling school, friends, and the normal chaos of being a kid. It's not easy balancing a secret magical duty with actual life, but she's got this.
