Synopsis

In the medieval kingdom of Pars, Prince Arslan is a lonely kid. His father treats him coldly, his mother couldn't care less, and he's desperate to understand the world beyond the palace walls. He's troubled by the poverty and slavery he sees around him, but he hasn't given up on the idea that things could be better. Then Lusitania invades, and everything falls apart overnight. Arslan Senki follows the prince as he's thrust into war, trying to protect his country and family with help from a small group of loyal companions. He uncovers secrets at every turn and encounters people who despise him for who he is—but he also finds unexpected allies. Ultimately, it's a story about a nation at war, but more importantly, it's about a boy fighting to hold onto himself when everything's falling apart.
