Synopsis

Defense attorney Phoenix Wright keeps doing what he does best: pulling off impossible courtroom victories to prove his clients innocent. With his assistant Maya Fey—an aspiring spirit medium—by his side, Phoenix's reputation as a defender of the wrongly accused keeps growing. But his success catches the eye of Godot, a mysterious new prosecutor with a caffeine addiction, a mask, and an unexplained axe to grind against Phoenix specifically. As Phoenix and Maya investigate Godot's true motives with help from their friends, they uncover a bizarre murder case that somehow ties back to Maya's dead sister Chihiro—a medium who handled some strange cases years ago. The investigation drags up painful secrets from the Fey family's dark past. With lies piling up and the truth buried deep, Phoenix faces his toughest challenge yet. Can he untangle it all and get to the bottom of what's really going on?
