Phoenix's go-to judge for basically every case that matters. He means well, but he's. not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. The guy is genuinely gullible—which is kind of a problem when you're presiding over murder trials—and has a tendency to believe whatever's presented to him without much pushback.
Weirdly enough, nobody actually knows the Judge's real name. Phoenix even got his business card once during the Justice For All cases, but the handwriting was too illegible to make anything out of it. So yeah, he's just "the Judge" to everyone.
